This article aims to briefly examine the importance of having a valid will; what happens when a person dies without having a valid will, and what to do when an original will of a person who has passed away, cannot be found, or the will is lost and there is only a copy of it available. Why it matters to have a valid will? A valid will allows you to decide how your property, should be dealt with upon your passing away.
